Hicorp Held the Written Examination and Interview to Management Trainees in 2019
 
In order to further implement the core values, spare no effort to promote the development and application of human resources, and strengthen the construction of management cadres, Hicorp issued the “Notice on Holding Management Trainee Seminar in 2019”. After self-recommendation, Department preliminary examination and qualification inspection, a total of 30 people were selected for the re-examination list, and participated in the written examination and interview on 24th April.
The written examination for the second round opened  the curtain at restaurant at 9 am on 24th April, a total of 30 people participated in the examination . The The written examination focused on assessing the knowledge about corporate culture and basic management, providing a reference for the follow-up training.
The interview was held at No.500 conference room at 13:30 p.m. All members of the Board of Directors, 8 middle-level cadres and 8 saff representatives interviewed all the pariticipants.
 
The interview was included two aspects. Firstly , the examinee introduced himself, and then the examiners asked questions and answered immediately. There were three questions for the interview, which required the examinees to elaborate their own understanding and views in the light of their work responsibilities . All examinees expressed their opions and solutions as per current situation.
Hicorp people are the core competitivness of the development , our company has always attached great impotantce to the talent cultivation and management trainees. Hicorp training center launched the first session of selection activities for management trainees. After self-recommendation, department prelimary selection, qualification inpection, written examination and interview, based on the prinicples of openness, fairness and transparency, there were total 15 competitors eventually passed the selection, entered the first management trainee list to participate in training and learning.
 
The people who can be competence for the job is talent, and who can work innovatively and creatively is excellent talent. The selection for management trainee is lasted for two months in an orderly manner, it is successfully ended on 25th April 2019.
